お客様からのご提供頂いた個人情報は、お客様のご了承がない限り第三者に提供致しません。
ただし、以下の場合は除きます。

	利用目的に必要な限りにおいて、当社、または当社の業務委託先（ウェブサイト開発会社や配送会社、カタログ配送の宛名ラベルを作成する印刷会社等）に対し開示を行う場合

お客様の個人情報は、当社が組織的、物理的、技術的な管理を行い、個人データへの不正な侵入、個人情報の紛失、改ざん、漏えい等の危険防止に努めます。尚、当社ではお客様によりよいサービスを提供する為、個人情報を適切に取り扱っていると認められる外部の委託先に、個人情報の取り扱いの一部を委託する場合があります。

この場合、委託先は、委託業務を行なう為に必要な範囲で個人情報を利用し、当社は、委託先との間で個人情報の取り扱いについて適切な契約を締結し、適切な管理を要求致します。

	個人情報の利用を業務上必要な社員だけに制限し、個人情報が含まれる媒体などの保管・管理などに関する規則を作り、個人情報保護の為の予防措置を講じます。個人情報保護の重要性について、適時または定期的に適切な教育を行っております。社内においても不正な利用がなされないように厳重に管理します。
	システムに保存されている個人情報については、業務上必要な社員だけが利用できるようアカウントとパスワードを用意し、アクセス権限を実施致します。尚、アカウントとパスワードは漏えい、紛失のないよう定期的に変更し、厳重に管理致します。また、システムにアクセスする端末機はウイルス駆除ソフトなどを常駐させ、コンピュータウイルス、スパイウエアなどに感染する可能性が少なくなるよう環境を整備しています。業務上、社外からシステムにアクセスしなければならない場合には、端末機そのものがウイルスやスパイウエアに感染していないことを確認し、アカウントとパスワードを第3者が使用できないよう管理を徹底いたします。
	インターネットによる個人情報にかかわるデータ送信時のセキュリティの為、必要なWebページに業界標準の暗号化通信であるSSL(※1)を使用します。
	お客様によりよいサービスを提供する為、cookie(※2)を使用することがありますが、これにより個人を特定できる情報の収集を行えるものではなく、お客様のプライバシーを侵害することはございません。また、cookie(※2)の受け入れを希望されない場合は、ブラウザの設定で変更することができます。
	サービスに支障が生じないことを前提として、個人情報の受領時から一定期間経過後、個人情報は随時削除していきます。

	テキストの引用についてホームページ内のテキストついては、私的使用又は引用など出所を明示することにより、引用・転載複製を行うことが出来ます。
	その他当ホームページの内容の全部又は一部について、株式会社ビドー（ビドーパル運営企業）に無断で改変・編集を行うことはできません。

	個人情報の利用を業務上必要な社員だけに制限し、個人情報が含まれる媒体などの保管・管理などに関する規則を作り、個人情報保護の為の予防措置を講じます。個人情報保護の重要性について、適時または定期的に適切な教育を行っております。社内においても不正な利用がなされないように厳重に管理します。
	システムに保存されている個人情報については、業務上必要な社員だけが利用できるようアカウントとパスワードを用意し、アクセス権限を実施致します。尚、アカウントとパスワードは漏えい、紛失のないよう定期的に変更し、厳重に管理致します。また、システムにアクセスする端末機はウイルス駆除ソフトなどを常駐させ、コンピュータウイルス、スパイウエアなどに感染する可能性が少なくなるよう環境を整備しています。業務上、社外からシステムにアクセスしなければならない場合には、端末機そのものがウイルスやスパイウエアに感染していないことを確認し、アカウントとパスワードを第3者が使用できないよう管理を徹底いたします。
	インターネットによる個人情報にかかわるデータ送信時のセキュリティの為、必要なWebページに業界標準の暗号化通信であるSSL(※1)を使用します。
	お客様によりよいサービスを提供する為、cookie(※2)を使用することがありますが、これにより個人を特定できる情報の収集を行えるものではなく、お客様のプライバシーを侵害することはございません。また、cookie(※2)の受け入れを希望されない場合は、ブラウザの設定で変更することができます。
